Meet Eve
Eve is a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping children, teenagers, and young adults navigate the many challenges of growing up.
She enjoys supporting young people experiencing social anxiety, general anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and the ups and downs of friendships and academic life. Eve believes therapy works best when it feels collaborative, flexible, and suited to each individual — there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
For younger clients, Eve aims to make sessions engaging and interactive, using age-appropriate activities, play, and practical tools to help them express themselves and build skills in a way that feels accessible and supportive.
For teenagers and young adults, Eve offers a safe, non-judgemental space to openly explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She supports clients to better understand themselves, develop helpful coping strategies, and build confidence using a range of evidence-based approaches.
Above all, Eve strives to create a supportive and flexible environment — whether clients prefer a relaxed or more structured approach. Her goal is to help each person move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding.
